If you wish to bill out-of-network with another insurance company, payment in full is expected upfront; you will be provided a superbill to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

• The 60 minute Initial Nutrition Session is $160

• The 45 minute Follow-Up Sessions are $90
